Well, maybe not fully. There wasn’t room to list them all, but you will get the idea. Others I can think of beyond the list of unmentioned Corps Officers are my mother, maternal grandmother, Billy Graham, General Frederick Coutts, Commissioner Hillmon Buckingham, Harry Truman, Mrs. McFadden (An early day Sunday School teacher) and others who at this writing don’t come readily to mind – all influencing who I am greatly to varying degrees. Might I suggest that this would be a good exercise for everyone – writing down that list of Unsung Heroes influencing your life, followed by the uttering of this prayer: “Thank you Lord!”
